So as most would know, I was having a bit of a delay finding a sponsor. Amazingly, I found one, actually two, that seem to be happy to help me and teach me the necessities to be a successful fashion merchandiser and buyer. My mother is very anal about allowing me to get on the train or using public transportation a lot, but I knew that I needed to do what was necessary. I took my chances, disregarding my mother's 'Don't Do's', and travelled by train until I reached the Haddonfield stop and began my journey. Walking sophisticatedly with my new Nordstrom's purchased pink boots on, I felt as if I would be successful in finding the perfect shoppe. After browsing in a few and taking a few glimpse through windows, I ran into one that had music playing outside of its doors and a display of dresses, pocketbooks and jewels in the display windows. Sadly, the door was locked but I refused to pass it up and began to knock anxiously. I was then greeted by a smiling face and a warm, "Well my, I went to the restroom and stupid me, I forgot to unlock the door! Sorry about that. Hello". As soon as I stepped foot into the glam and cute little boutique , that was decked out to the tee in pink, I fell in love. The whole store was right up my alley and everything happened to turn out in my favor! Despite doing what I know my mother wouldn't totally approve on, I called her and let her know the great news and she actually commended me for taking the responsibility and getting what I knew I needed. Who knew!?♥
