A Former U.N Chief in a Sex Sting?

Former United Nations Chief Weapon Inspector, Scott Ritter, was arrested in Pennsylvania November 9th for having allegedly masturbated in front on a web cam while he was in an Internet chat room with an undercover cop posing as a teenage girl. He told the girl,Emily, that he was a 44 year old man. The undercover cop did tell Ritter that she was a 15 year old girl from the Poconos; however, he would continue with his wrongdoings by beginning to masturbate on camera. Becoming hesitant, he then asks the 'girl', again, how old she is and once again the answer is 15. He immediately cuts off the webcam and says that he doesn't want to get in trouble. This proves that he is fully aware of the current situation. Ritter then allegedly told the 'girl' that he fantasized about having sex with her, the officer replied, "guess u turned it off [no problem]." He then turns the webcam back on and continues until ejaculation. Sources state, The conversation with the girl allegedly took place on Feb. 7, 2009, but the police investigation investigation lasted until November. Ritter was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communications facility, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, possessing instruments of crime, criminal attempt and criminal solicitation.
Ritter waived his right to a preliminary hearing last month and remains free on $25,000 bail.
Attempts to reach Ritter's attorney were unsuccessful Thursday (today). Ritter was also charged in a sex sitting in April of 2001 but the case was dismissed, as well as June 2001 but he didn't get charged. Look out young ladies.
